We provide visitors to our Websites (“Visitor,” “Visitors” or “users”) access to the Websites subject to the following Terms of Use, which may be updated by us without notice. Visitors who access our educational information, register, or wish to purchase a service, or product through any of our Websites, agrees to our Terms of Use. When browsing, assessing and using the Websites, you acknowledge your full consent to the following terms and are legally bound by these conditions. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, do not use our Websites.
The company is not obliged to accept any Visitor, or registered user and may accept or reject at their sole and complete discretion. Without limitation and without notice, we may deactivate your account if we believe you have violated our Terms of Use.

Billing and Payment
For any purchase you make on our Websites, you shall pay the Company all applicable fees and taxes. You hereby consent, that our third-party payment processor will authorize your credit card, bank account, or other approved payment forms that you provided during the registration process to execute full payment. You are required to provide complete, current, and accurate billing and credit card information. You must also promptly update all your billing information (billing address, credit card number, and expiration date) in order to keep your account current and accurate. You hereby authorize the Company to obtain updated or replacement expiration dates for the credit card you provided, in the event that your credit card expires. If your credit card issuer fails to sent payment you hereby agree to pay all overdue amounts upon demand. You also agree to pay all the costs of collection on any outstanding balance.
Intellectual Property
All the information found on our Websites that include videos, educational and informational text, course materials, trainings, photographs, software, graphics, images, and all other material by the Company (“Content”) are owned by us. Unauthorized use of our Content may violate copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users may view our publicly-available Content, but only for their own personal, non-commercial use.
The Company gives permission to Registered Users who have purchased any product or service, from our Websites, or have downloaded educational information onto their own electronic devices and view any Content or Other Information for their own personal and non-commercial use. No other use of our Content is permitted without the Company’s prior and written consent.
Kelly Nault retains all intellectual property rights to the Content on these Websites. You may not assign, licence, modify, reproduce, sell or modify any of our Websites Content, or use our Content for any public or commercial purpose.

While we welcome your emails, you should refrain from emailing us any confidential information. In respect to your emails and communications with us, we are free to use any ideas, tips, and techniques shared by you for any purpose, without limitation and without attribution or compensation to you.
