This Privacy Policy applies to visitors to our Websites, who view publicly available content (“Visitors” “users” or “you”) and our customer users who register with us (“Registered Users,” “users” or “you”). It also refers to non-public educational content and to Visitors and Registered Users who wish to purchase a product(s), or service(s) through our Websites. 2. Contact Information: The Purpose of Collection and the Use of Information We Collect/or Receive From You
When you visit our Websites, the Company may learn certain information about you through your voluntary action and through a data management system. Your contact Information is strictly used to provide you with requested educational services and products. For example, when you choose to register to receive our educational material, fill out a survey, sign up for an online class, purchase any service or product, and sign up as our affiliate partner we may seek personal data. Please note that we would only ask you for your PayPal address if you sign up as an affiliate partner.

Order and Billing Information is processed and collected by a third-party payment processor fulfilling a role as our agent. The Company does not directly access or process any of your Order and Billing Information.
D. Email Information
We have a strong commitment to your email confidentiality, have an anti-spam policy and do not sell, lease, nor rent your email address to any third parties. The Company collects your email information when you sign up for educational content, or a product in order to support your participation and best user experience. We use your email to keep you informed and to support your education. We also provide the ability to opt-out of our communications.
Our Website visitors can access some educational information without providing your personal information. Only when you download resources and/or register for services are you required to provide your email information.
If you correspond to us through email, we may save the content of your messages, along with our responses in order to best serve you. We maintain your email information in accordance with applicable federal law.
You may manage your receipt of marketing communications by simply clicking the unsubscribe link provided at the bottom of all our marketing email. It is important to note that users cannot opt out of receiving emails directly related to their purchase orders. If you ever have difficulty unsubscribing just send us an email to request unsubscribing from future correspondence.
By using our downloaded resources and educational information you agree to submit honest and accurate information on our Websites. If you enter a fake email address the Company has the right to inactivate your account immediately.
D. Website Cookies
Like various other commercial websites that collect information, our Websites utilize common technology called “cookies” that often include a unique identifier that keeps the users identify anonymous. These Cookies are tiny text documents that log information like IP address, pages viewed, time spent browsing, and date and time of a users visit. When users access our Websites, our site’s computer will automatically ask your computer if your browser’s presence’s allow it to store a file in a special location on your hard drive, that is especially designated for cookies.
Our Websites reserve the right to use cookies, and any equivalent, such as social media pixels in compliance with the standard policies of the specific social media sites.

When accessing certain products on our Websites, you may be required to create a username and password. You are fully responsible when it comes to securing the confidentiality of both your username and user password. You and are fully responsible for all your activities on our Websites, by you or by others, that take place using your account with your username and password. We are not liable for any damage, nor loss that comes from your failure to protect our account username and password. You agree to notify the Company immediately if any improper and/or unauthorized use connected to your password and user name has occurred.

The Company may use public forums for comments, such as online discussion groups and message boards for webinars, classes, conference and coaching calls [“Public Forums”). It is your choice to share on these Public Forums is entirely voluntary. The Websites Privacy Policy does not apply to any personal information, Contact information, or Other Information you provide while you are any Public Forums, without limitation, as it is public information and can be used, collected, modified and changed for any purpose by us and by any user of the public forum, or from the public. 3. Children Under the Age of 13
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (“underage children” or “underage child”). Our Websites are not intended for underage children. No underage child may provide information to our Websites. If you are an underage child, do not use nor provide any personal information to us.
